I got this domain when there was rumours about Sony making it's own "Wiimote" with codename Waggle. I homever had no time to update the site or anything. Anyways, my domain was ranked high with keywords "Sony Waggle" and "Sony Wiimote". It was first earlier in both, now it seems to have dropped few positions. SonyWaggle.com is a valid PR3 domain. Created in 03 June 2008. I think it might have potential to became Sony Wiimote information site or other Sony entertainment site. It has trademarked "Sony" in it, is there some problem? Is SonyWaggle.com worth of anything?
I can't see Sony having too much of a problem as long as the site isn't slagging the product off or selling rival products. The PR is good and so is the topic. If I were you I would hold onto the domain until the product is launched (and the value of the domain rises). Currently I would say ≈ $xxx (L)
If it launches, he'll probably get contacted real quick by their legal department remember, Sony has an international trademark.
"Sony" in the domain name!!! (SonyWaggle.com ) TRADEMARK Infringement!!! That's a 0$ value!!! less than REG fee. That's what I have to say.
Considering the pagerank, it can be around mid to high $xx. But sorry to say, trademark issue will be a problem when the product launched.
Please read this thread about registering domains that constitute registered trademark infringement, this applies just as much to websites already in operation: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1088058 Btw it's worth nothing at all your name, sorry to tell you that but you are violating trademark law with this domain, unless you have explicit permission from Sony to use this domain for this purpose.
