    Have you already received any type of Cease and Desist letter from Sony regarding the use of their name?

    Or do you have written permission from Sony to use their Trademarked name that you can pass on to the winner of this auction?

    They said it would be fine, as long as the site is not trying to be a copy of the sony website, confusing visitors.
