hey,my site is on places 4 to 6 for a 10000k/month keyword at google search engine. do you know some tricks to make my title and description more attractive? so people visit my site instead of clicking other one? for example, i placed caps on the keywords that the people was looking for, and got some extra attention, and of course some extra traffic. i dont know if thats blackhat or something like that. please give some advice thnks!!
so ur #4 and u don't receive traffic? I would say good description could help - short and to the point.

Depends on your keyword a lot, rather than on the title, add catchy words in the description, visitors generally go through the description before clicking on the title
