Sometimes you feel like a url, sometimes you don't

Been noticing that sometimes the 728x90 add will have urls at the bottom of each of the adds, then other times it doesn't display a url, only the title and description. Anyone else see this? Smart technology perhaps?

If the filled with 4 ads then no urls shown. With lesser ads (3,2 or 1) the urls are visible.

I'm aware the number of adds will change. I was refering to the url section of the adds in an add unit, but thank you.

As long as the "clickable links" appear, I don't really care :)
