Rules Sometimes the moderation just doesn't make sense

I posted a thread yesterday offering a job for $10. It was a forum related job and completely different to the one I offered earlier here which was a search related job.

The thread was deleted and I got an infraction for posting a duplicate thread.

I don't agree with the moderator decision but perhaps he was in a rush and didn't read properly.

I'm posting the job again here and in a different section. This time I've changed the price as well just to work-around moderators not reading the thread properly.

This isn't a complaint about the mod decision itself. But does anyone have suggestions on how I can post threads like this for diffferent jobs without someone coming along and giving me an infraction/ban? I'm trying to work within the rules, not break them.
