I watched a video of Frank Kern that someone posted up here. I took the advice and moved my sign-up form above the fold. My sign-ups went from 2 or 3 a day to around 8 or 9 a day. Huge difference! Plus, I noticed I had a mispelling...ugh. How amateur! Anyways, sometimes a few tweaks can make all the difference in the world. Now I can't wait till I can afford some real split-testing software... :)
