    So, what you are actually asking is, "Based upon my usage, which kind of hosting do you recommend?" The fact it's adult makes things trickier.

    Is that 10 gigabytes bandwidth per month? Day? Or?

    As far as I see, the response time of your site http://indianfreex.com is awful. I advise you moving your domain to a different provider.

    Track your uptime with pingdom or upgrade to VPS as they advised you. You are on shared web server, and it seems you are using the most of it, which is not fair. You should upgrade if you get alot of traffic.

    I think you should just switch providers if it is slow. Try to look around for a vps since you will have more resources. VPSes are cheap nowdays, try looking at lowendbox.com and lowendtalk.com/offers

    You should definitely switch hosts if your site is going to slow, makes sense and would make your site go faster if you pick a good option.

    However, you will not find much shared hosting providers that allow adult content. Your best bet would to get a decent vps. As SubediK has mentioned, try checking out lowendtalk.com for some nice deals.

    Most shared hosting providers will allow adult content. The problem is that the adult content people put on their sites is copyrighted. It's a DMCA nightmare for the host.
