Something wrong with my itrader

    Hi there.

    I seem to have something wrong with my itrader. I have a perfect 17/17 positive feedback, but I have something that says I have 1 unpaid ?? I don't know why that would be or who might have left it, how can I track this down and correct?

    ok, I understand now thanks. I didn't use the dp payment system, I just paypal'd directly to the seller.

    Sorry for digging up an old post. I have the same issue. I did pay for the site, as well I recently sold it on DP. How do I get the unpaid link removed?

    The answer is the same for you as for the thread starter. You must pay using the link in the sales thread in order for your stats to show paid. The only option is to request seller to refund and have you pay using link in thread.

    Yeah cheers for that, but I already paid for the site (NOv 2010) and the seller left good feedback for the sale. I have emailed but have not heard from him.
