I always use godaddy to check domains that I want to reg. After serveral of tries, I finally found the domain that I want is still available. I ordered immidietly. After a few minutes I got payment notification from paypal and a recieved from godaddy, but then another notice from godaddy that the domain order was failed, because it's already registered. This happen to me twice already. One is ****.info and another is ****.be
Have anyone here face the same problem?

This is strange. Nothing like this has happened with me ever. The first message you got from GoDaddy, was it for the domain confirmation?

Have you asked them for a refund?

It has happened to me a few times but i actually use networksolutions.com because you can search for as many as you want at the same time.

What usually happens to me is that a .co.uk usually shows available and then I phone it in to GoDaddy and they take the order but then you receive an email saying that it failed!

They alwys refund your money though automatically!!

Not always, actually. But they make every possible effort depending on what's
    happened.

What occurred to vbot isn't unusual, really, especially if it's a country code.

I have found Godaddy customer service to be excellent. Give them a call.

BTW - save 20% at Godaddy use code chris3 at checkout. This is not my code and I have no affiliation with the code; I just save money with it.
