Does anyone know anything about Trafficka.com?

I ordered a service from them. They are claiming that they already sent over 1000 people to my website, but I am not seeing that reflected in Google Analytics.

One would think that out of that many people someone would buy something. Even just one person! But that hasn't happened, and these are supposed to be targeted visitors.

Has anyone else had this kind of experience with this company?

Those sites usually just send you fake traffic from different IP's so basically you just lost money and used up bandwidth.

I'm sure there are dishonest ones, but there must be one out there that really does what they say they are going to do, right?

You have to check your sales pitch also. And of coz the target market. If you are selling refrigerator and all the visitor that were sent to you are eskimos.... :)

Now, you've learned your lessons. I'm sure you paid for a cheap price to get that 1000 visits. Try the more reputable companies next time... like Google's Adword or StumbleUpon. :)

It would be easier if someone would just take the time to share the most powerful ones with me, as I don't have a great deal of time to look through all of the posts that have been made about it..

You don't have time to dig up FREE advice here or search in Google? Just want it handed to ya? Unlikely a good marketing plan

Yes, because I am a very busy person I would like someone to be so kind as to do this for me. After all, that is what I would do if I had such information and someone expressed a need for it. It does take a great deal of time to weed through all the fluff, ya know?

You see, I am the kind of person that doesn't just offer advice, I believe in giving instruction too.

Well stumble has a paid advertising feature and I'm sure you would get tons of traffic from that. Adversely for free you and a bunch of people stumble your pages on your site it raises your rank in stumbleapon and then more people will see your page. But if the page isn't what there looking for they can bury you so it won't be much help if the page is no good but if the site is great then let that traffic roll!

Hope that helps it's just a basic overview. I'm busy as well.

I'll try to make it as simple as possible - Download the StumbleUpon toolbar, and then browse your website and click the 'thumbs up'. You should get a discovery window where you write the info about your site.

Once you done that, head over the the exchange forum and exchange stumbles with other members - the more you get the more views you will receive at the end of it all meaning more traffic.

I don't get it..... why are you telling him to get Stumble traffic? I am keenly involved with the world of Social Media Marketing.... and I can tell you it ain't about conversions.... it's a branding excercise...

If you are looking for traffic because you want conversions, then don't waste the time... it will take literally hundreds of ours to create a strong enough profile...

I have gotten more than 2k uniques in a say from SU.... as with most social media traffic... very fickle and a huge bounce rate...

You may want to establish the Value of Social Media Marketing first prior to blindly wandering off in that direction.

OK, it has become clear to me now that the company in question has ripped me off. I have Google Analytics and I am not seeing anything REMOTELY close to what they are claiming. They are claiming that they have sent thousands to my website already, but Google is showing only 19 people!

I would not do business with this company!

The traffic is not targeted at all. Just like bot visiting your site.

It really makes me sick that people do stuff like this. For a measly dollar they are willing to throw away their integrity.

Oh well, they will continue to deceive people, but one day they will be out in the cold! They are only ruining their own business by doing this kind of thing, and their reputation as well.
