My AWS store was perfectly normal until my domain expired a couple of days ago (yes I had been trying to renew it for a long time, but registerfly.com is impossible to deal with). Anyway, I got the domain renewed and the site went back up. However, every node shows no reults. So if I go to http://www.culturedtravel.com/Books/browse-639832.html or anywhere else I get an empty page. I can still find individual items: http://www.culturedtravel.com/1740597753/Lonely_Planet_Costa_Rica_Lonely_Planet_Costa_Rica.html The designer guesses that Amazon has no results for each category, but how could that be possible? Anything I can do?
Not knowing which script you use, it could be shooting in the dark.. Best answer should come from the script developer, or in your case, could be the designer firm.
I agree that the web designer should be helping me out. They just say that Amazon has no results for the node and that I should change all the nodes. However, unless Amazon completely redid their node organization that makes no sense. How could all the nodes suddenly become empty?
Here's shooting in the dark.. I took the node on your link above and check it against amazon : http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/639832 and woola! no found! and here's another one - Africa Travel Books : http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/639540 no found too. Guess you'll have to go through your node installation again to see really where the mess is! Please keep us posted..
I guess Amazon just rearranged the nodes or something. I looked up the new nodes on browsenodes.com and everything on my site is working again. Thanks!
