somethign wrong with pp and cc ?

    3 days ago someone was sending me $ to my paypal account but he couldon't do it

    i though there is something wrong with his account or cc

    today someone i know is also trying to send me money to PP but the same thing is happening with the same error

    he says this is it :

    Authorization Failed

    This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time.
    This payment cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.

    and he said that the cc is visa

    so what is the problem ?

    I suppose dat the cc doesnt hav enuff funds.

    i don't think so cause it happened with 2 people one for 100 $ and other for less than 50 $ so i guess this is not it but i will ask though

    There are some possible answers.
    1. The data on the credit card does not match account details
    2. The credit card itself had not been verified by paypal
    3. The funds are not enough in the credit card
    4. Check what type of account the payer and the payee runs and see the limits on credit card usage on them which i think might not be the case anyway.
