It sounds like your vb lic is washed up now...even if you manage to get it down, i would
bet this person would just put it up on a new domain, and possible that he has already
passed out your VB to other people, so take down from one, just to find it on 50 more sites.

Rule #1 - Never allow access to your primary vb files aka FTP, etc...maybe you hired a designer
and gave him full access to your VB? a designer does not need full FTP access. I had
a designer quit on me recently because I refused to give full vb access, he felt that I
did not trust him, so he could not work for me...ha...what a joke...a real designer or vb coder
will have his own copy of vbulletin.....I would even say if you got hacked, or whatever,
never ever give out full access to your files....if you keep regular backups, then
you would just have to do a restore...always do backups, and never give FTP access
unless it is solely to the vb team. You have to guard your VB, lock it up, and do not share the key.
and you should not even give access to your closest friends...I have even heard of
friends going bad, and you find out that your vb and DB is all over the internet....

You need to ask them to reset your password and email.
