Someones Stealing my questions and answers from Digitalpoint!

with a bunch of google ads and links.
Don't you think the author could try to raise
their fingers to the keyboard and type
something original? I guess not. They have
the tenacity to harbor a copyright when
they steal content from forums. worst of
all its my content they're stealing

 

If an Adsense site is violating your copyright you can report them to Google Adsense (see link below) and claim DMCA infringement. Google's response may include de-listing the site from their search engine and temporarily or permanently disabling their Adsense account. In this specific case I am not sure if the forum poster or forum owner must file the DMCA notice.

I will do that thanks. I looked in the dp search engine with the
keyword filehostfactory.comhttp://forums.digitalpoint.com/search.php?searchid=12476671
and it turns out that I'm not the onlyone who's postings are being taken.

 

There are thousands and thousands of those websites. They crawl other sites and auto-post summaries of their content. I get hundreds of trackbacks a day on my site from those types of sites.

 

Anything you post here is open source, heck DP even have a RSS feed to help this!

Even if it is open source surely they must say where they are getting the data from?

RSS feeds do not simpley take, they show where it is coming from? Surely this site must abide by that aswell??
