Someone's spamming from my website

I had an email from my web host today to say that someone has been using my website to send spam emails. They are investigating for me, but what do I do about Google? It's against their TOS to send out spam. My web host says they have only received one report and they haven't received anything since so I hoped it's stopped. They've changed my password so that no-one else can access the server.

    Hi ,

I would just email Google and let them know you have a problem.
    Just for the record....

If you ISP comes back with anything , you can fwd onto Google too..

They will probably ignore it but at least if they come back to you with "You violated TOS".. then at least you have some backup..

    Just my 2 cents..

    Cheers

Do you run any forms on your server? If so someone may be injecting code through your form or forms.

yes, I have a couple of forms. My web host is looking at these to see if they are the source of the problem.
