    Well...

    1. talk to the guy,and convince him to remove it
    2. report him to his hoster and tell he stole your design that you were selling :p

    If you can, watermark your images from your site and also disable hotlinking.

    Like Stefo's said, contact the stealer and
    Sometimes contacting their host, provided you can show hard copy proofs that the designs are yours can work as well.

    As above, informing their host would be the best possibility although realisticly, chances are they won't do anything unless you can produce hard evidence that your claims are legit.

    As for disabling hotlinking, I wouldn't bother with that either. It would be just as easy for the guys at gape.lt to come by your site, right click on your images and click either "Save image as..." or "View background image..." and then save it. I have a small trick which will protect your images to some extent, I use this method for some elements on my site.

    1) Create a small transparrent image (1x1 px). It's very important that it's transparrent.
    2) Add this to your CSS:
    .protected-image {background-image: url(images/logo.png); width: 100px; height: 75px;}
    Code (markup):
    3) Use this code to display an image in your html:
    <img src="images/transparrent.gif" width="100" height="75" alt="" class="protected-image" />
    Code (markup):
    Now, there's two flaws with the method i've just posted. Firstly, if you're using an image for a div background (for example, if you're using a background image for the body { class) then then that won't be protected. Also, someone who is really desperate for your images can easily find your stylesheet and from there find your protected images.

    Never the less though, there's always a good chance that somebody won't be bothered enough to go through the effort of looking through stylesheets to find your images. I know I wouldn't ;)

    Hope this helps some :)

    Actually, a few years back when I was making some blackhat seo sites I actually did go thru a style sheet to find images. It only took me about a minute to find them all. But I guess it depends on how determined the person and how big your style sheet is.

    Hackfanatic, If you have the actual photoshop files(or whatever) you should be able to go as far as you need to go with ur "case". Im sure you can prove they are yours if the time comes. Heck, by comparing websites you should be able to tell who originally created them. Btw, you have a really nice design. Very creative.

    Hv you copyright you design and idea? if not then it is quite risky but if it is your own work talk to the site own who copied and ask them to remove if not then you can copyright the design, it is only cost you small amount then sue them.
