I think it is my competition, as I have noticed they have been searching for my blogs, then my blogs got suspended, so I added their IP to Ip deny manager to website, now I notice my homepage with all my links on is on another site! www (dot) thesouls (dot) co (dot) uk /proxy (dot) php

I contacted the hosting company - fasthosts.co.uk and they told me to email in and it will get investigated, eventually!

I've also contacted Google to highlight the issue.

What else can I do? The person who is in the whois data base has no address - surprise, surprise.

Well, if the information contained in the registration details is not accurate you can notify ICANN. Also, send a real DMCA notice not just an email. Have you emailed the site itself? Take a screenshot of the source code as well as what the site looks like. There is not much you really can do though past that unless you want to sue them, which, honestly, if your not loosing 100k+ from this, is not worth it as that is the legal bills you would have to pay, and more than likely you are not entitled to legal fees.

Also, use the search feature for here, there are plenty of topics just like this one that have been answered. There are 5 at the bottom of this page where it says similiar topics.
