Hello, I am not sure, but I think someone won a design contest which was a directory design contest and this guy used illegally a direct copy of Template Monster template. I am trying to search my posts at these forums, but I couldn't find a design contest that was about directories. I am 100% sure someone won or almost won a contest with a design exactly like this! http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/8175.html I remember it so well... but I can't seem to find the poster nor the thread If someone had a contest at these forums and the winner had that template, then I'm sorry you should not use that template, it's illegal to use.
Hi, Although it would be ethically or morally wrong to use it, it wouldn't actually be illegal, especially if the guy has bought the template from templatemonster! Nice find though, need to stamp out cheats.
Well yeah not illegal, but it can get your site shut down easily, trust me! Template Monster will deal with these websites if they get even a bit popular. Even if the guy has bought the template from Template Monster, he has no rights to sell or other way distribute. Just wanted to warn if someone is using that template without having to purchase it from templatemonster.com.
