Buying Someone with REST API - PHP experience

I am trying to get my head around REST API but it's not happening.

I want to ultimately build a website using FilmOn.com REST API.

I require someone to provide me with a basic PHP file that will initiate and display the content from FilmOn with a view that I can develop my site from there on.
