Buying Someone with illustrator skills - Can create vectors from web images

Hi there,

I need someone who can take web images and turn them into a vector file for printing. (size A4 with a bleed around the edge)

For example this image:

And make it into a illustrator file and PDF. Can you send me quotes on how much you would charge per image.
