Buying Someone with excellent english skills needed

I need to hire a media buyer to handle buying online advertising for me

Requirements:
- must have at least some understanding about online advertising
- must know how to use Google to search for related websites
- must have excellent english skills

You will be paid per performance (every succesful deal), but the job is fairly easy. Find the relevant sites, send them all practically the same email then start waiting for the responses.
