Buying Someone who knows WP - CSS, .php and who can change layout - EASY

    I have, what I feel is a very simple task for someone who knows Wordpress. I have a theme and I would like to change a few things. For example:

    Move some things from the bottom of the page to the top.
    Make ALL posts centered within the column.
    Change the names of some pages.
    Delete a few categories.

    That is it. I simply can't find the solution and feel it may be in the CSS/.php. Therefore, if you are good with this stuff, please email me and we can discuss payment, etc. Thanks.
