    I am looking for a PHP Coder who ideally can also design. This will most likely be a long term job as I want to build a new website.

    I am looking for quotes on a Login System which includes: email activation, remember login and recover passwords feature. I have a full list of what I want which I can send you if you want.

    Have you considered a content management system based approach? A system like Drupal might get you a much better result in terms of speed, security and maintenance. If that might fit with your system feel free to drop my a PM.
