Someone who can make my word artice into a wordpress page!

Looking for someone who can make a document i made in word INTO a PAGE into wordpress, including headers, pictures, colours. The whole shbang.

Im also looking for someone who KNOWS a bit of code, and maybe a bit of wordpress that can customize my wordpress page the way i want it to look/feel/work!

why dont you create a new page in wordpress and copy-paste the entire word document in it?

i have wordpress installed, but just copy/pasting a word document WITH the whole shbang in it (colors, headers, styl, layout, pictures) is not working
