Buying Someone who can make few small changes on a Blogger template $10 easy money!

Hello everyone!
I have a nice blogger template but it requires 4 small changes.
The original template: see attachment Current_blog.jpg
What it should be: see attachment whatitshouldbe_blog.jpg

As you can see, the template needs 4 changes:
1) A logo on which you can click to go to the home page
for a working version of this, see

 http://asfaesdfsd.blogspot.com/

Code (markup):

(You can use this logo as the logo should have the same shape as this one)

2) The template should be aligned in the center. See Images in attachment.
3) The line on the right should not be interrupted. See Images in attachment.
4) The template should work properly in Internet Explorer 7 and 8 and Mozilla Firefox, on all screen resolutions.
