Buying Someone who can make a language file for a website and put all text in it

    Dear All,

    For an existing website I'm looking for someone who can make language files and put all text in the language file. Translations will be made by myself.

    Another thing that needs to be done is that the database and admin needs to switched from "swedish" to "latin2".
