Buying someone who can fix my form and it's submissions (character list issue)

    I have a form on my site located at thelovequilt.com/get-a-box. When the form is submitted, the information gets sent to my email address. Right now, I have very weird characters that show up in the emails I receive, and someone told me that the character lists on the form and mail do not match up, so some characters that are being supplied in the form are replaced by new ones in the email. Can someone please fix this?
