Basically what I am looking for is I send someone details or ideas, I need them to do it in PSD, then when I agree to it, they can code it in HTML/CSS I need your best prices. 1 - Just PSD 2 - PSD & Coding I thought I had a dedicated person to do this, but he had to be told every little aspect of the design.
