    I have tried using akeeba but it says invalid ajax data. If you can provide backups on a semi regular basis then please PM me your price. Thanks

    I can give to one script which will backup both db+files in single archive based on date.
    You can run it using crontab.
    Transferring from the remote server will be your headache.
