I was contacted recently about selling my site, it's currently PR4, has over 1000UV per day and earns on average $70 through Adsense per month. As this is the first site I've ran before, I don't have a clue how much it would actually be worth to someone wanting to buy it. If anyone can give me any serious price suggestions, would help a lot. A good valuation of an online business (website sale) is 1x yearly revenue (not profit). Since your site is earning 70/month, it should fetch around $800 as a sale. The only issue w/ internet properties is that google rankings are always in a state of flux so if the site is earning 70 this month, it could fall & start earning less (or even more). You would need to provide the buyer with data + a full detail of the backlinks supporting the site.
