Someone using my company name on there site

Hello just wondering if someone could offer some advice, it has come to my attention that another local computer shop is using my company name in the meta tags of there site, it looks like they have copied and pasted at least a page title from my home page in to there's so if you search for my company there's also comes up in the results.
So does anyone know if there's anything I can do to get them to remove anything relating to my site from there's ?

There is nothing you can do and it won't be benefiting from it. Move on.

he is smart. He must think you are so important that he is using your name.
I am not in the legal field, however, i see nothing wrong with what he is doing
other then it just maybe unethical. I am not aware of not being able to mention
company name in content, unless it was slander or some sort., so if i wanted to
write a 5k word review on pizza hut, then what could they do, other then
thank me for the free publicity that I am giving them, as long as I am
not writing slander, or untrue facts about the company....

Play with it and write somthing down either on your website or on your social accounts something like: It has brought to our attention that one of our competitor (starte name) is being unethical as he is using our domain name within it's website to get better results. I would like to thanks him for doing so and giving us such an important role in his pursuit of success, bla bla bla.

Good things to do also is comparating his services/products to yours and demonstrate that whatever he does, you are still better, the big fight coca cola/pepsi - mcdonald/burger king
