I applied for adsense and get partially approved. Put code on my site for further review.
But today i got this email
    Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. While reviewing your application, we noticed that your account information matches a currently approved AdSense account associated with *@*mail.com. Because our policies do not permit multiple accounts, we're unable to accept your new application at this time. However, please remember that the ad code from your account can be used on any website that complies with our program policies.

    You have the following options:

    1. If you have forgotten the password to your account, visit http :// www.google.com/adsense/support/as/bin/static.py?page=ts.cs&ts=1054302.
We will then work with you to reset your password.

    2. If you aren't able to sign in to your AdSense account or change the email address associated with your account, we can close your existing account and open a new account with the application you recently submitted. Any account settings, reports, or earnings less than $10 (or local equivalent) from your closed account will not be paid out or transferred to your new account, according to the AdSense Terms and Conditions ( http ://www .google.com/adsense/terms ). You'll also need to replace the current ad code on your site with the code generated from your new account.
To continue with this process, please visit
    http :// www.google.com/adsense/support/as/bin/answer.py?answer=181063

For help getting started with your existing AdSense account, please visit

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

Did you try to use the troubleshooter? There may be a point in the process where the troubleshooter presents you with a form to contact adsense.

This is the email they send to me, i only edit the email from it. May be they think, account uses this email and me are same and i can use older one.But i don't know who this person is.
name can be similar but not address, i didn't apply for adsense before and no one here in my area know about adsense
THis is the 1st time i applied for adsense, but if this is the reason than they didn't approved me partially.and i think you didn't read email telling an active adsense account not banned
I use troubleshooter but not get any resource to my point.

Google Adsense saying that your account information (like your name, address, city etc) is matching with the currently existing adsense account. But not some one is using your website for adsense. Is this the first time, you are applying for adsense? or do you already have adsense account (with the same account information as you given in the new adsense application)? applying for multiple individual/business adsense account is against google adsense policies. We can only have 1 personal account and 1 business account (business adsense account is same as individual but the payee name will be a business name or company name). If you have forgotten the password of your old adsense account (if exisits) then try resetting the password with any one of the given method(s). If you have the adsense account then try giving different account information (must be yours and original information).

Are you not able to apply through your original account (that was denied on .blogspot)?

If not, your options are to go through their help centre until you find the contact link and reach out to them explaining your situation.

The only other alternative would be to find a new ad network to make money from your site.

When i want to reapply, am seeing my old URL which they didn't give option to edit. Although finally i re-apply like that with my old URL, since when you click it, it will take you to new URL. but since friday that i reapply till today monday, i haven't gotten any reply from google adsense. i don't know if i did the right thing by reapplying using my old URL since they didn't provide option to edit?

Good luck trying to get support from Google about Adsense. I've contacted several times in the past and never got an answer. I had to scour their message boards, and that wasn't too helpful either.
