Buying someone to VECTORIZE photo... and create logo.

    I need someone to vectorize logo, and create a nice logo for my site. Basically, I have a photo, and I need it to be redone in vector. (note, photoshop cutout and posterize effects won't cut! I need real vector!). Afterward I need a little text added to it. That's all!
