Buying Someone to recreate a navigation menu in html/css

    This website http://www.copperform.com has a navigation menu in flash, i need someone to recreate this menu in html/css.
    Only html/css no javascript or other technologies

    The drop down menu that is included in the navigation would have to be done in some other technology other than html. You would need at least very minimal javascript / jquery, etc, to switch the display on and off on hover.

    The drop down would require php or java. However, the the highlighting effect can be done by html/css which i have done.

    The effect can be done using li and ul this could make the effect without any php, javascript etc.
