I want to host a site very similar to this (In-fact near identical, apart from the software i offer and the price)

It needs to have/do the following

Users need to sign-up before they can make the payment (This is for my affiliate program)
The Wordpress theme must look very clean and professional

This should be a quick 10-20 mins job for someone who knows what they are doing.
