Buying Someone to implement open source torrent tracker in my site

    Hi there,

    Looking for a programmer to implement an open source public php tracker on my site. Currently public torrents are uploaded to the site but I now have the need for my own tracker.

    Also needed is a module to allow existing users to be able to upload their own torrent files based on my tracker.

    At the moment the administrator is the only one that's able to upload torrents.
