Someone To Help Run & Manage My "Make Money Online" Forum

Hi,

I've got a forum about making money online and it gets quite a few unique visits on a daily basis, and has over 600 members although quite a few of these just joined to spam the forum.

I'm looking for someone (or a few people) to help me to run and manage the forum. I need help moderating the forum, and I would like help changing things around on the forum (I don't have any experience in changing the forum code).

I'll be looking to make money from the forum (currently it displays some google adverts and other affiliate adverts) but I'm open to any suggestions regarding monetizing the forum.


I would be willing to pay you a percentage of the profits that the forum generates. Or I would be willing to discuss any other forms of payment/reward.

I'm more looking for someone to help manage the forum overall with me, to advice me on how to run it and make money from it etc. As well as being able to help code basic things and moderate (or help me to set up some moderators on the forum).
