I am looking for someone to help me out on my website to increase the traffic, do advertising and some seo also. Basically someone to do allround work on the site

I have never done any SEO or advertising or anythign on my site, it at one point was getting around 50,000 uniques a day and is currently getting around 10,000 uniques a day

This is all natural traffic, and think that possibly getting someone to help out with the stuff I dont understand might make it better and get it back up to where it was
