Buying Someone to fix a Wordpress coding issue

    I have a wordpress blog. At some point during an upgrade, single and double-quote marks on old posts turned into weird code. I have searched for solutions but it seems a little complicated. All it should take is some tinkering with the database, I imagine. If you think you can do this and know what I'm talking about, get in touch. Thanks.
