Buying Someone to convert a small PSD to valid HTML/CSS

    I have a very small PSD that I would like converted to valid HTML/CSS. Here is the design:

    Please let me know what you would charge to do this by responding to this thread. If chosen I will send you the PSD and once the project is completed I will pay via PayPal.
