Selling Someone to check and fix my magento installation

    I installed magento on my wife's site and it works fine.
    Except one day she wanted me to update the shipping fees to have an option free shipping and flat rate.
    I followed this instructions but doesn't seems to work as on checkout, it still showed 2 options; Free Shipping and Flat Rate.

    On top of that, I set the flat rate to be 12 but it always showed up in the checkout as 5.
