Buying Someone to advertise YouTube video

    I'm looking for someone that can advertise YouTube video's. I'm not looking for automated views/likes/subs - I want real people. I need someone who knows how to promote YouTube video's without buying traffic. Someone who can post on forums and such related to the video's niche.

    No, I am not promoting on YouTube. I am trying to get someone to advertise YouTube video's.

    E.g: I have a gaming video - I need someone to advertise that video to gamers and people interested in gaming video's. Get some views and interaction via comments
