    It was not black hat it was normal linking and he used automatic machine when i asked for manual normal linking

    If you're receiving more traffic than ever you need to check your traffic sources. If I'm not mistaken, xRumer posts your links to forums, so check your traffic sources and make sure they're not coming from random forums. You might also want to check your backlinks, and see if they have increased. If you have a blog, please post about this guy and warn all webmasters from using his services. That should affect his business, and prevent anyone else from taking such risks with such a nasty person.

    You can also use googles new 'disavow' to un-link any "bad" backlinks you have. Get a listing of your current backlinks and disavow ANY that are not related in some way to your website theme/keywords.
