Buying Someone that can change colors in .fla

    Hello, I have a .fla http://mudiw.com/skyrecs/index.php
    At the top, I want to change the colors of everything that is green there to a somewhat blue, I will provide the # code. Also to change the text below Bienvenidos.

    I need this today. Lower offer or good itrader will have preference.
