Someone taking all my articles.

There is a swedish site that's taking all my swedish articles.. Im wrtiting hours everyday and now i see hes parsing my site taking ALL the things. Even my pictures..

How do proceed? Fast please. I would like to kick this guy in the arse.

 

Sigh. What did you do to him/her? Did you write to inform him/her about it? You should confront the site owner.

 

It's a new domain regged with GoDaddy I tryed to find the registant but I cant.
I do not write about swedish celebs so that's not an option..

Im spending hours a day to write my articles.. I don't like someone just taking them and earning money with them.

 

if they ranked in google or have adsense. u can report them

 

I belive they are ranked in google but they do not have adsense. They are selling ads or planning on it. cause that link don't work yet but it's there.

 

You should refer to your country's copyright laws. Here in the US, you can order the person to remove the articles from the site. If that proves unsuccessful you would then be able to contact the site's host.

Is your site hosted on a US server, by any chance? If so, you may be able to exercise US copyright on the articles.

 

Definitely report it to Google as a matter of course. Write to his hosting company if any, as they usually respond if you have proof. You must also write direct to the idiot with a threatening note. Does he have a forum? Find related Swedish forums and start posting the info. Just generally make a nuisance of yourself. Is his site interactive - use your head! Take a look at the advertisers on his site and write to them.

I hate B******* like this. People that do this tend to leech off others in their general life.

You may want to post this in the LEGAL ISSUES forum. If all else fails, contact the offending site's host.

 

I think you should tell to that site owner about the issue firstly.
