I can not and will not just 'let it go'. Man, that is my work up there. His host has been less than helpful. Would not accept notification via email or fax. Here is last corresponance:

And my reply: (btw, I sent it certified mail yesterday, it will be there on Monday. It was too late to Fedex it yesterday and had I Fedexed it today, no one would have seen it until Monday)
This guy told the APlus that it is 'public domain'. Now while the content may be, the compliation of all the elemants are mine and fall under US copyright laws :

I don't think the content is public domain, since you wrote it (I hope) It's copy righted to you (I'm not good at US laws.)
I know it's like this with pictures atleast

Well public domain or fair use meaning that it is broadcast on tv, so I use quotes from the guys show. So my page is full of quotes from his show. I dont care that the site is the same topic as mine, I just feel like he is trying to assume my web sites identity because it looks and appears to be EXACTLY THE SAME AS MINE!!!

if a site is database ...based :(
i mean it it is based on some database, then the code communicating with the db is of coarse hidden. the other stuff will be open anyway, so some sort of masking or code extra-over-complication can work.. ie. see the mail.yahoo.com code :)
understandable in some places, but not so easy to get an overview

php has a big plus being server executable

I sincerly hope that you find a resolution. Its hard to see that your hard work just copied by an imitator. I doubt google, or his host will do anything through.

UPDATE: The adsense advertisements do not display on the site that copied mine anymore. Also, this person is not advertising with the three major search marketing companies an longer. I do not know exactly what happened or caused this to finally end, but it has, for now. Thank you to all who gave me support and suggestions while I was freaking out :D

    Much appreciated. :D

i got my project copied yesterday on my site, luckily i do encrypted before bring it online, but not the site, now wait for a while while the copycat make it live, and will hunt thru copyscape, and take the site down, maybe you can code some backdoor in your file and call it when it's needed, on os case, i figure out to do that, but on website case, i have no idea cause never do so, anyone have any experience ?? and one more question, if using httrack website copier, how deep it can copy?? i have never used them before but may need some information to protect myself.
