if you have the PSD of the logo and know the designer(which i'm sure you do) contact the hosting provider and talk to them if they don't want to do anything about it threaten them
You've no doubt read all the posts offering a variety of answers both for and against taking action. Here's you line of approach, the easiest and possibly most cost effective. Even if it means you bring down his hosting as opposed to him at least you stop him in his tracks. Bit of info on trademarking for you as one poster was a little bit wrong on advice that you can just go ahead and register a trademark and bring this into effect. It doesn't quite work like that, you need to establish quite a bit before even you get the trademark or it can get revoked. Not a problem thx for the help as maybe this will be the start off ending the fiasco many webmasters face with thefts of templates, removals off links, mods thefts ect ect from others that reside outside US and abroad... thx malcolm
