Someone stole my article

    Someone has taken an article i wrote over a year ago, and is distributing it with him name and links to his website.

    What can I do about this?

    You can e-mail his website hoster + some of the websites he submitted to.

    I had a similar thing .. I just left it like that .. I can't do anything about it except a DMCA thing, and i'm lazy.

    can you mabye explain what DMCA is, have no idea but have some copyrite issues of my own that are pestering.

    cool thanks for the link, this is only for the united states, or is this internationally based, if you are running from the uk per say. Would stolen material from the us to uk and viceversa be enough warrant to take action against someone? thanks

    Yeah e-mail that scum-bag and he sure better respond, if he doesn't you can take this to the police stating plagerism and impersination.
