Someone steals my content and uses my adsense code

What should I tell Google ?

 

Might be worth trying to contact Hostgator, which is where the site is apparently hosted.

Looks like the site is fairly new - name was registered on the 16th of July.

I am sure I have read before that contacting the webhost company in situations like this might help.

I'm getting ready for my vacation so I don't have much time to deal with this. Therefore, I will remove the Google Ads in my content and place them somewhere else until I get back from Vacation and I will see what to do.

I've just removed the ads code from my content and placed it somewhere else. When I get back from Vacation I will kick his ass lol
btw, I also used the footer feed plugin to piss him off lol

 

lol someone stole my content few weeks ago, I WHOis him and found he was near my business place..told him if he don't take down stolen contents, I would place near his business signs about his business stealing contents from other sites..
