Someone scam me, who do I go to?

    This user named Goodman000 who has a site called twillooo.com scam me out of $80 but I do not know who to go to in order for him to get ban. I made this account just to get that user ban since I do actually have proof and I do not want more people to get scam by him. Here is the actual proof:

    I replied on his topic but than again he tried to change conversations saying that I actually scam someone else when I never did as my original DP account got suspended for infractions.

    How pathetic.
    You know what i wouldn't do? Break the rules.
    "my original DP account got suspended for infractions", I am pretty sure anyone would trust someone with infractions that their not giving false info.
    On the other hand I don't know what you should do.
